The Transaction Process
Writing an Offer
When you find the right home, Jessica will help you craft a competitive offer that reflects current market conditions, comparable sales, and your specific situation. In a seller’s market, strategy matters as much as price.
Earnest Money Deposit
Typically 1% of the purchase price, the earnest money deposit is due within 72 hours of offer acceptance. This good-faith deposit demonstrates your commitment and is applied toward your down payment at closing.
Home Inspection
Buyers pay for the home inspection, one of the most important steps before finalizing any purchase. A licensed inspector evaluates everything from structure to plumbing and electrical. Jessica will help you interpret the findings and negotiate repairs or credits accordingly.
