Information you give us

When you use the contact form, you give us your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message. The form sends them to Jessica by email so she can reply. We use them only to answer you and, if you ask us to, to help you buy or sell a home.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time, to keep the site secure and running.

We also use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how visitors found us and what kind of device they use. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on.

Cookies

The site uses only a few cookies: one may remember whether you chose English or Spanish, analytics cookies as described above, and login cookies for the people who manage the site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Other services on this site

The contact page shows a Google Map, which loads from Google and is covered by Google’s privacy policy. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Zillow, LinkedIn and Yelp take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with people who help us serve you, such as our brokerage, San Diego Realty Pro, or a lender you ask us to introduce you to, or when the law requires it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Email jessica@metcalf.pro or call (619) 341-2600.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This site does not track visitors across other websites, and it does not change how it works in response to that signal.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
